  I went Circle Health in Tewksbury on a Saturday. I was in extreme discomfort due to back pain. The reviews online were less than flattering, but I would have gone even if they were zero. From the time I walked in, I was amazed at how friendly they were. Alison at the front desk was very friendly and understanding. I only waited about five minutes before I was seen. I didn't get the name of the nurse who saw me. She was friendly and thorough. Then I was seen by PA Rideout. Again, she was friendly and professional. She diagnosed my problem, told me my options, and gave her recommendation. I have nothing but good things to say about my visit.

  Don’t go here these ppl suck. I visited this clinic 2 times & both times I was given attitude and no solution to my problem. During my last visit the lady doctor ( I forgot her name) that saw me was aggressive. After talking for about 5 minutes about my symptoms and that I think I needed an antibiotic because it’s been a couple months, she got rude & said there wasn’t enough to back up that I need an antibiotic and there were no tests she could do. She then opened the office door with a force it nearly damaged the wall as she told me to leave and rushed out like a dog. Very unprofessional and not worth going unless you enjoy an aggressive atmosphere with no help.

  Takes FOREVER to get checked in every time I have been there. Makes me crazy while they are chit chatting.
