    Hello, A few moments ago, I was hung up on by one of your woman receptionists at the Tewksbury location and the office of Dr Cindy cheng. I called in an attempt to make an appointment with Dr cheng to refill my medication that I cannot go without. My citalopram. The receptionist rudely asked for my date of birth and then after pulling up my profile bluntly stated “we can’t see you you can’t be seen” you have mass health. To which I replied I do not further have mass health. It has been terminated completely and I have no insurance at this time I’m unemployed. I still need to be seen in order to get my medicine. The receptionist rudely continued insisting that unfortunately due to our contracts we can’t see you. You have mass health. No further elaboration. This woman proceeded to hang up on me when I began voicing my frustrations about being outright denied care by a practice I have been with for decades. I asked To speak to a manager and was told she’ll call you back. I want this receptionist to be spoken to immediately as I am completely angry with the treatment I received as a patient of this facility.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. There is an absolutely condescending EXTREMELY unprofessional front desk woman that works here that outwardly insulted my mother’s and my own intelligence and spoke down to me when my mother and I were clearly misinformed by her on how to apply as a new patient. Mind you. I was a patient here a few years ago as I had mentioned to this woman and she told me she “didn’t care” which was a totally bizarre response. I myself work in the medical field, I know that legally any medical office needs to keep all files for a certain amount of years, I was just simply letting this woman know that I did exist in her office’s system if that would make anything easier for HER to look up my profile but I digress. She went off on me for asking if calling her first was the correct way to apply, which again, is what my mother was told by her not even 5 minutes before I called myself. “Yeah I know EXACTLY who you are” like what on earth?? Are you still in middle school? Did you watch too much Greys Anatomy today? Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from this woman. Do not go here. Not only that but how EMBARRASSING. Clearly she is projecting her hatred for her job on random strangers. I have zero tolerance or sympathy. I know she’s going to read this review too. I told her already I was contacting her supervisor as well because of her behavior, and the moment I said this and stood up for my mother and myself she shut down and very awkwardly stated that I need to contact my insurance before reaching out. Also our call was being recorded so I look forward to her karma. I have quite serious health issues regarding my blood and seizures, this interaction sent me into serious anxiety and distress. Nobody needs to deal with someone so cruel and aggressive.

    Worst experience ever . They don’t call back they book appointments 2 weeks out . I called about being in an accident they said best option is the emergency room. They don’t care for their patients , don’t call back with labs . They need to really get there stuff together

    My doctor is Dr. Ragucci but I haven’t been able able to see him for a new patient appointment. Tewksbury Family health has rescheduled my appointment 3 times from the original appointment and now again the new appointment available is 1.5 months from today. I plan my whole day around my appointment and how do you just cancel them the same morning and not give me a rescheduled date for sooner. I understand doctor might not be available sometimes but 3 consecutive times? And how do you not give some kind of priority to cancelled appointments and find a next date sooner for them. Very disheartening experience

    Dr. Guay is amazing however, my husband was a patient but had not been there since 2017. I called to make an appt as he is in hosp with covid and diabetes and needs an appt. Victoria told me that the doctor would not see him and they couldn't take him back. Nice to know that when a doctor is needed the staff can make the decision to toss someone azide.
