  Very unprofessional and rude staff! Staff need to be retrained regarding how to appropriately respond to clients in a positive and polite manner. Making comments about clients in the background is not only rude but unprofessional and inappropriate.

  Poor customer service and unprofessional conduct by phlebotomist I do not recommend this facility. The staff phlebotomist was very rude, argued with me, and cut me off while I was trying to explain why I came in. I was there for a 3-hour glucose test during pregnancy, and she looked at the order in her hand and argued with me about the doctor who ordered the test. She even asked me what the order was for and wouldn’t let me speak. I have previously been there for different tests ordered by a different doctor, and the staff member thought it was the same doctor. And end she existed out of the room while on the phone with my doctor office to clarify order. As a pregnant woman experiencing hormonal changes, I expect respectful and professional treatment. Her mood seemed directed at me, which made this place feel unsuitable for me.
