I’ve never experienced this before, especially at an eye exam of all places. Would not recommend. However, the front desk staff was very polite and amazing.

She was able to determine the Glasses did not match the Prescription I sent them, which was helpful in getting my issue with Oakley resolved. I also was able to get a new pair of prescription Sunglasses, which are great!
