I went to physical therapy this past summer at another facility which I won't name here and I felt invisible. They told me what to do and then walked away. But not at Bay State. They are very attentive they show you how to do the exercise, they pay attention to make sure that you're doing it right and they sure are a lot of fun to be around! I am very pleased with myself to make the decision to go there. Because I know for sure I was not going to go back to the place where I was going before. Bay State will be my go-to whenever I need physical therapy.

They leave you and have someone that’s not certified watch you and they can’t always answer your questions and I think because of that I don’t feel comfortable doing the therapy when they don’t know the proper way to do it😞

I left with a better idea on how to help myself long-term and with a little inspiration. All of the staff were pleasant, including the receptionis! If I ever need to, I will return - highly recommend.
