  There’s some confusion on Google Maps between the address of this pharmacy and a previous Walgreens location, which led to my medications being accidentally sent here initially. However, the staff was fine the first time I came in, so I didn’t feel the need to call my doctor and have my prescription sent elsewhere. That said, my visit today was a bit disappointing. When I arrived, I noticed the person in front of me being ignored by three employees, all of whom had their heads down and seemed completely focused on their tasks. It was awkward standing there in silence, waiting for someone to acknowledge us. I understand that the work they do requires focus and precision, and I respect that, but it would be helpful if they could glance up every 30 seconds or so to check if there are customers waiting. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me after the person in front of me was finally helped. When I was acknowledged, I was told my prescription wasn’t ready and that I’d need to wait about 15 minutes. I used that time to pick up a few things in the store. When I returned, I waited another uncomfortable couple of minutes before anyone looked up, and then they took almost another minute before they verbally acknowledged me and stood up. I don’t expect world-class service or to be treated like a guest at a five-star hotel. A simple “Hey, how are you? We’ll be right with you” would go a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming and efficient. Overall, the experience is good sometimes, but a little more attentiveness would make a big difference.

  I've been a customer for 0ver 20 years. My wife has tried others and is now a believer. The service is excellent and reliable....never a broken promise.

  I went to the bakery and asked a question. The reply was curt. When I asked a second question the response was even worse. I asked the person working in the bakery why they had to be so rude to me and they stormed away saying they weren’t rude. I took my business elsewhere.
