Love the variety of classes —Define class is my favorite. Full-body, low-impact workouts that deliver real toning and strength, especially in my core (which I used to hate working on!). Even with a regular fitness routine before, I’m impressed with the changes in my body and how I feel. Amazing, caring instructors—highly recommend this studio!

I really like taking classes here because the studio is very clean, there’s lots of availability for class times throughout the day if you have a 9-5, and this kind of exercise has really helped me be more consistently active.

Lauren and Patty are more then just the "owers" and Lo, Heather and Lidsey are more then "just teachers". They all are encourage the clients to do their best and st safely step out of their comfort zone by taking a different class or adjust a form. The studio is clean. The class schedule is prefect for all schedules and there is a nice variety of classes. The clients are strong and welcoming women.
