When I called them they said the fabricators sent them the wrong prescription so they sent them back. No one had notified me of this. I called a week later because I hadn’t heard anything and they said they hadn’t heard anything. I called a week after that (it had now been four weeks since I dropped the glasses off) and they said they had been sent the wrong prescription again. Again no one had notified me. I was told the problem was my astigmatism. I don’t have an unusually bad prescription. I was offered glasses that were the wrong prescription to wear in the meantime. I decided that Pearle was not a reliable company for me and got a refund. Now I have to go through this all over again with someone else.
