The pharmacist totally bungled my order. My script was for Oxybutynin ER 10mg qty 90. A text from Osco said they had partially filled it. I waited for the next text saying it was completely filled before going for pickup. They first tried to charge me $90. When I gave them my Good RX Gold card to run, they instead used some old GoodRX non-gold card on file and processed separate 70 tab and 20 tab transactions. Instead of paying $13.82 for the 90 tabs as my printout showed, I was charged $24.11. They also charged my Triamcinolone to the wrong non-gold GoodRX card, so I was charged $5 instead of the $1.28 on my GoodRX Gold printout. So because the clerk did not bother to use the Gold Card that I gave her, I am out $14. I believe I should be refunded the $14.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
