  What an amazing place, more people should get on board with stretching!!! 2 sessions in, and the difference is night and day. Everything about this place is spectacular. The Vibe, the people, and most importantly the results. I feel better than I have in years!!! Thank you to Sandy and Gabby for always going above and beyond, they explain everything to you, and make you feel super comfortable and relaxed. *****

  I am a true believer of Stretch Lab. I am an avid older female who enjoys Pilates reformer&private weight training with 20 minute cardio walks. I stretch daily at home after waking. I work long hospital night shifts of 32 years&find the deep biweekly stretches at Stretch Lab is exactly what will take my health regime to the level I am striving. The studio is clean organized&beautiful. The professionals are respectful knowledgeable&are assisting in client individual health goals. I could not be happier with my physical results with only three sessions. I look forward to my monthly membership! Self care is so important in life… try Stretch Lab… you will be happy you did🙂!   I can't say enough good things about StretchLab in Stoneham! It has been a great experience from my initial call with the Manager to my sessions with the flexologists. I have had sessions with several of the flexologists. They have all been friendly and attentive to my issues. It has helped me tremendously with several problem areas where I have had pain and tightness. I highly recommend trying it out. You won't be disappointed!
