From the moment my eye exam ended, Karmen approached me in the most respectful and professional way. She introduced herself, made it clear there was no pressure, and simply let me know she was available to help if I needed anything — which immediately put me at ease. As we worked through pricing and began the transaction, I asked about converting a personal pair of sunglasses. Karmen was extremely knowledgeable about the process and explained the differences between LensCrafters lens options, sharing why she personally trusts their products for vision care. She clearly knows her craft. When she explained that I would need to return with the sunglasses for proper measurements, I came back a few hours later. To my surprise, she already had everything pulled up and ready to go. Once again, she made the entire process seamless and efficient and guided me through checkout with ease. As someone who manages staff, runs a private business, and holds a full-time corporate job, time is incredibly valuable to me. My days are often overloaded, and I may look distracted at times because I’m juggling a lot. Karmen was patient, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout — never rushed me and always made me feel supported. She is truly a superstar. 10/10 experience

Usually have to spend lots of time at several different optical shops to find something I like, but I was lucky this time and Karmen was very helpful finding a frame I liked within minutes and did not pressure me to make decision. She gave me plenty of time alone to look around and really look at the frames on my face. I'm so grateful for her help. Picking new frames is something I dread because sometimes the salesperson stands next to you the whole time you are the and you feel pressure to make decision, and that causes you stress. Karen made my visit much less stressful.!!
