  Very easy to check in and with my insurance I see the doctor with very short wait time. Excellent doctors and staff.

  The receptionist was professional. Nick medical assistant asked me my reason for being there. Mentioned the redness on my lips and how uncomfortable they are. He then told me that someone was coming to talk to me. I told her the same (redness on my lips area). She prescribed me an ointment for them. (She made me feel uneasy). I went to pick up the prescription and it turns out it’s very expensive. I became upset. I found alternative that help my situation so I am going with an alternative.

  The NP I saw was excellent and very thorough. She explained everything in detail and requested I go to the ER because of the pain and symptoms I was having. She called ahead to let them know I was coming. Wait time was minimal. Concierge could have been more friendly but otherwise a great experience.

  Professional and supportive staff, nurses and doctors. Fainted during my blood draw and they took good care and made sure I was ok before I was able to go — was a scary incident and glad they were there to help

  Friendly and helpful at front desk, stocked with cold water bottles and coffee, waited about 10 minutes over apt time which is reasonable: PA was very thorough and kind to my 9 year old. Overall clean space, met expectations, and even got follow up phone calls with a check in and further lab results. I would recommend if you don’t want to wait for a PCP apt particularly for a quick strep or flu test.
