  Person who helped me was great. Explained what she was doing and how. She was able to take me as a drop in and processed me in about 10 mins. Loves how well the process between Quest and my doctor worked

  This place mixed up my drug test, says there's high amounts of Cocaine in my system. First off I can't even afford Cocaine. Guess I'll try the West Springfield location since I have to redo or lose my medications. Ridiculous

  I came here on a Friday for an 11:30 am blood draw. The waiting room was well-maintained, thr check-in kiosk was easy to use, and I was called in shortly after my scheduled time. The phlebotomist was very friendly and professional - it was a good experience!
