  Here my honest view : The gym appears to be on the side of a building that was some warehouse and is overall clean and has most equipment. The staff seems attentive and the instructors are great!!. The down side IMO the gym could use a bit remodeling . The yoga room is “super small” and could use a remodel or relocate towards the back where those offices are and the offices could relocate to where the yoga room is and all the offices would be in one area ! The other class rooms are a good size. The colors in the gym are bright multicolored and the lighting seems dim. I would also suggest to paint a solid color and add more bright lighting as it appears to get most of its light from natural lighting. The sauna is very hot, teetering around 199-200. I have asked and was told by another employee that they also suggested to turn it down to 170. It’s still around 200 and uncomfortable ,your skin actually burns it is not relaxing.

  I’ve been at this gym when it opened and it has only gotten better. The gym is clean and has been consistently updating equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful and Liam at the front desk is super nice

  Liam at the front desk treated me with respect and kindness. I have had a great experience at this gym and look forward to more sessions. Eddie is the best manager ever and is a handy man. This gym is super clean also, probably the cleanest one I’ve been to. Definitely recommend and worth every penny.

  During my time here, as a certified fitness trainer, I can say the gym itself is well equipped and the front desk staff are professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by an interaction with a senior member of management. During a conversation, my background and knowledge in fitness science were dismissed in a way that felt belittling and disrespectful. The interaction lacked professionalism and mutual respect, which I find essential in any professional environment. After bringing this experience to management’s attention, my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. As a result, I chose to end my visits to this facility. I believe individuals should be treated with respect and validation regardless of title or position. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this gym.

  I was in Springfield for one month and decided to sign up for a membership. I was clearly told upfront that I’d be charged $30 for the month, and then $40 at the end of the month for a yearly fee. I agreed to pay $70 total for that single month. When I went in to cancel on December 3rd, the worker was unbelievably rude and dismissive. He tried to hide the fact that they were about to charge me for another month. The only reason I noticed something was wrong was because my account still showed access until January 4th, which obviously made no sense if I had already canceled. I asked him to actually read the charges out loud, and only then did he finally admit the truth: they were hitting me with the yearly fee (which I already expected) AND charging me for another full month even though I canceled before the renewal date. When I asked if there was anything we could do, any way to fix their mistake, he flat-out said no and then had the nerve to tell me I “need to learn how to listen.” Completely unprofessional. This place is ridiculous. The staff is dishonest, rude, and condescending, and they clearly try to squeeze extra money out of people however they can. I canceled on time, and they still attempted to bill me for another month. Absolutely unacceptable.
