- RBRobert Brandon4 days ago5.0Just wanted to say I’m glad I went to American Family Care on Boston Road in Springfield, MA. I was in extreme pain and was debating between the ER or Family Care. If I went to the ER i would have been there all night. I chose to go to Family Care instead. They were absolutely amazing. They took me right in with no wait. Dan the PA and the rest of the staff were able to diagnose and treat me immediately. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
