Medical Service Organization
Founded in 1929 by Dr. Michael Fallon, Reliant Medical Group was the first group medical practice established in Central Massachusetts. Known initially as Fallon Clinic, the name of the organization was changed to Reliant Medical Group in October 2011. In 2015, Reliant Medical Group merged with Southboro Medical Group – a union that has created the largest independent medical group in Central and Metrowest Massachusetts.
In addition to primary care, this office provides specialty care, radiology and laboratory services, optometry, rehabilitation & sports medicine. Our OB/Gyn department also offers urogynecology services.
