  Very easy to make an appointment and check in. Melissa was personable and professional. I'll use Quest for any required tests in the future.

  I was late from my appointment so I had to get on the standby list and staff after an hour till they would not take anyone and refused to help me

  easy! I made the apointment on my phone. I changed my mind and switched locations. I showed up and checked in ith the automated process. Blood draw was seamless and no issues. What else can be sad but perfect. Right? Edit: I went to another location and they had a receptionist. however, i was refused at another location first. She said I needed to make an appointment on line. It made sense as there were 5 people in the waiting room. So I reccomend making an apointment cuz they are busy. The location I went to did not have a receptionist. People, we have to get used to this practice as its the future. Yes they do need improvement with phone communication, as well as the online account set up as trie thre time and was not able to. The site said I was not recognized.

  Rude personal. In 15 minutes made feel like unwelcome, dangerous for the people around due to existence. Simple blood test end up with missing the blood vessel. Unsafe place.
