DV then said that they weren’t even tho they are listed. They took my medical insurance BCBS and that what they charge for my exam.. The office has flyer showing they accept DV but when it’s time to get my glasses they refuse to give me my discount saying it’s not going through! There is a lady in the reviews section who experienced what I experienced. I didn’t return the glasses because my hubby said to keep it. Literally think I was SCAM! Why would you charge my medical insurance abs not me Vision insurance! The place has great glasses I just don’t know why you advertise something but won’t accept it! They need to fix there system! Happy for those whose experience went Well..

We are not existing clients, but were greeted warmly by the team, and experienced exceptional customer service. Two team members took the time to review the issue, and successfully repaired his glasses, free of charge. When my father-in-law mentioned that it might be his soft case that was the issue, he was then given a brand new case and cleaning cloth, again without any charge. The visit today, was one many pre-Christmas tasks on the list, and it never crossed my mind that we would be discussing how great our visit to the opticians would be. Thank you to Glynis and the team, and we look forward to returning in the future.
