She really takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on with your body. I always feel like my concerns are heard and taken seriously. She also does a great job explaining everything—why something hurts, how certain exercises help, and what the overall plan is—so I feel informed and confident with my recovery plan

He took the time to explain and let me ask questions so I could understand my recovery process and what I needed to do. He was also flexible with my schedule to ensure I could make appointments which was really helpful. I would highly suggest Bay State Physical Therapy!
