Corporate leaders - please get more inclusive with health insurance - that would be a big help. I'm a Warby fan from the retail experience itself to the beautiful Eyewear. Can't do better.

The enormous amount of eye appliances for you to choose from is awesome. And even choosing the type of lens you need is not an all-day affair!
- APallen parkerFeb 21, 20261.0They don’t work many insurance companies, And the the employees didn’t see friendly. Plus they don’t replace ur glasses. If u need ur glasses fixed they will make get new ones rather than fix. I would be very cautious when u go into the store.

I was checked in right away by an associate & did a couple of tests, including retinal imaging. I then saw Dr. Liang to finish the tests & get my eyeglass & contact prescriptions. She also recommended some eye drops for me to try when I mentioned that I sometimes get dry eye with contacts. I was able to order contacts during checkout & have them shipped right to my home. I’d definitely come here again.

Huge gap between the care I expected and what was delivered, particularly regarding the technical accuracy of the prescription and the follow-up process. Unprofessional staff. I voiced my concerns during exam and that was ignored. My first Warby Parker experience was about Clinical Negligence, Prescription Error and Administrative failure. Do Not waste your time and money at Warby Parker. Do Not fall for the Warby Parker’s high-budget marketing TV add... This is a total Fiasco... LZ
