Clifton Outpatient Rehab Clinic

Our newly expanded outpatient rehabilitation clinic offers physical, occupational and speech therapy services while carrying on the same tradition of excellence that our nursing center is known for. Representing the next generation in healthcare delivery systems, our skilled therapy staff treats individuals from the community of all ages. Our services include treatment for work, motor-vehicle and sports injuries, knee, hip and joint replacements, tendinitis and bursitis, and much more. Additionally, patients can access rehab services as an inpatient during a short-term stay at our skilled nursing center, then transition to services on an outpatient basis when they return home.
