  A little over two years age I walked into this Good Feet store in pain with Posture tibilalis disfunction. I have been wearing orthotics for nearly 40 years and had heard good things about Good feet store. The sales person in the store had never heard of my condition but did feel that based on my weight distribution test they could offer a great solution for my pain. Their solution cost over $2000, but she assured me this was a life long solution since they could replace them every two years at no cost which is the life of an orthotic. Well they haven't been a huge help and even hurt my feet if wearing them for too long. I recently returned to the store after two years to replace the first set and the sales guy started to say things like well we don’t automatically replace them after two years, we have to assess them. It really the runners that need to replace after two years. I also mentioned that I didn't think they were working great for me but he made no effort to assess the situation or offer anything different. So he took them in his back room and secretly assessed them. Than he came back out and said they were right over the edge so he would replace them. So he did with the same exact set. Now I managed to bring in almost all my original pairs, but was missing one. He said he could not replace anything unless I brought it in. Well in my experience this store is a rip off. Their orthotics are not custom. I can buy custom orthotics for a lot less, the do basically the same thing and hurt my feet less. This whole lifetime replacement is deceiving. I recommend you try one of the online custom orthotic solutions, you will be much better off. Oh, one more thing, don’t go for the interest free Synchrony offer, it’s only for a year and they hit you with a $1000 interest charge and continued interest if it's not b paid off in a year.

  I brought my 13- year- old son because he was having terrible pain due to his flat feet. He instantly felt relief after trying the insert system. They were also very patient with him. Highly recommend.

  My husband needed sneakers for physical therapy. Thanh waited on us and carefully analyzed my husband's feet. Thanh then located a couple of sneakers for my husband to try. We were very pleased with his service and purchased a pair of sneakers that make my husband's feet feel better. Definitely will be back.

  I bought my good feet inserts somewhere around 25 years ago, after talking to my son-in-law about purchasing the inserts for him, he discovered that you can have them replaced after a few years of use at no charge! So I went and spoke with the folks at Shrewsbury Good Feet Store and sure enough they gladly replaced my 25 year-old inserts for free and I couldn’t be more happy with the good feet people!

  I urged my son to try the GFS bc his right foot turned outward and would wear the right side of his shoe down in a short time. He kept saying his back and feet were hurting. He purchased a new bed and said it was comfortable but he still had the same pain. He didn't believe that his feet were causing his pain. The pain continued to worsen and he gave in and agreed to go. We had a guy named Gil that welcomed us and was very polite. He took impressions with the ink pads and couldn't believe how abnormal the prints looked. Gil was wonderful not only explaining how they worked but showed him the proof by demonstrating and we were amazed. My son hung on every word and I could see the hope coming to his face. When he tried them.on he couldn't believe that his feet felt (normal). Gil made a followup call and my son was so delighted. He said his bed feels wonderful and he's sleeping like a baby. Thank you Gil bc you made that connection with Kyle and he trusted you and you made him a believer. Every time I see him he comments on how great his feet feel. I'd refer Gil to anyone that needs help and appreciate Gil making my son feel whole.
