- SCSteve CarraggiMar 13, 20265.0I brought in a pair of Ray-Bans that I had purchased at Sunglass Hut because one of the lenses had fallen out and severely cracked. I purchased a new pair of lenses through Sunglass Hut and brought them in to Shawn. He carefully worked at straightening out the frame as he said the lens that popped out was in a bent frame. Once straightened, he secured the new lenses, cleaned out the dirt and fingerprints off the lenses and then adjusted the frames to my facial features. Bang up job, definitely worth five stars for customer service on a pair of sunglasses that I did not even purchase there.
