The equipment, the people, the culture, all create this environment that promotes growth and improvement. The trainers and lifters that come here don't just talk the talk, they live the example. It's an incredible gym experience. And now with new renovations, the gym is becoming an increasingly valuable resource to lifters in the area. Definitely recommend.
