    I liked the doctor, and I think he did a great job. I did not care for the administrative staff that showed up (to unlock the door) 5 minutes before my appointment and then left me sitting there without any direction or information. Apparently, the doctor is responsible for doing everything himself, which is a very poor business model. I wanted to leave the appointment with my contacts only to be told I will now have to drive all the way back to the office in a few days to pick them up. What kind of practice doesn't have the contacts on hand? I don't see this being a place I will revisit. I am tired of businesses pushing all the overhead expenses onto the customers, just for some executive's personal gain.

    After going to a single optometrist for 42 years, I had my eye exam for contacts & glasses done the past 2 years at PV with Dr. Tran. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful. I have worn contact lenses for 47 years. Since last year my vision changed slightly. After wearing one contact for monovision with my old optometrist, Dr. Tran suggested trying multifocal contact lenses. I like that I have my written prescription for both contact lenses & glasses (which I also wear & always have a pair for back-up), but I get to try & wear these contacts for a week to see how they do & let my eyes adjust to wearing 2 contacts again after a good number of years. It's been 2 days only, but I got them in time for an important event after wearing just my glasses since the end of summer.
