- CCCandace CioffiSep 12, 20253.0I have never had a problem going to Pearle Vision for glasses and adjustments. I have gone for many years and spent A LOT of money there. I went to get an adjustment the other day and the person at the desk greeted me and went to make the adjustment. The glasses were still off so she went back to adjust again and I saw a lady with dark hair come out of the back to help. They were very tight when she brought them back so I asked to have them loosened up just a touch. When the first girl brought them back the other lady was very rude and said "what's the problem now?" with her hand open. There was no one else there except a person waiting for the doctor so I don't now what the issue was as it wasn't busy. Sometimes glasses need to be adjusted several times and she made me feel very uncomfortable! I couldn't wear them the way they were as they hurt my ears. I never complain but I felt that she was very rude and it just wasn't right!

Customers should be clearly informed of all costs upfront, rather than being surprised by unexpected charges at the end of their visit. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I managed a medical billing department, so I know and understand my benefits well. I found myself having to challenge what I know to be correct but they teamed up against me — I paid and left. it’s just not worth it.
