- KGKathleen GalvinMar 31, 20265.0I would highly recommend Baystate Physical Therapy. I have had two shoulder surgeries, back surgery, and most recently, total hip replacement. All of my post op PT has been with the Salem office of Baystate, and I’m totally pleased with the care I’ve received. Brett has been my PT. Not only is he a consummate professional, but he has a great sense of humor, which helps me relax. They scheduled my post op visits so that the transition from home PT to office was seamless. Baystate is the best ! Gratefully, Kathleen G

For example, I didn't know that it is common for a therapist to work with multiple clients at the same time. I thought I was going to get short-changed, but by the end of the first actual session (not the initial interview) I felt that I had received a fair amount of attention. Unfortunately the woman who sits on the left at the front desk needs to find a different job. No smile, no hello, sour look on her face and left the desk early for lunch. Not exactly what I'd call putting on a good face for the company.

We currently do not offer women's health services such as pelvic floor rehab.
Do you offer Occupational Therapy?
Yes, in addition to physical therapy, we also offer occupational therapy. Our occupational therapist works in Salem on Mondays and Wednesdays.
