  Val, who drew my blood, was friendly, and she put me at ease. The blood draw was practically painless. I had to wait about 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time - that is my only complaint, and 10 minutes is not a long time to wait from my perspective.

  Worst customer service. They dont answer the phone to answer questions, therefore forcing customer appear in person. Then extravagant wait period for a simple URINE test. WAY over an 1 hr and 15 mins. from the last appt they have posted on the board.

  I had a great experience. Everything went smoothly. My Phlebotomist was friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend this location.

  Short wait time with appointment. Staff efficient. Don't recall the person's name who drew my blood. She was excellent.

  This place has gotten terrible. You cannot talk to a person and they have the dumbest phone service to make appointments now. Only lab I know to do this.
