I was the only person in that area, so I politely asked if the TV could be turned off. To my surprise, I was told that staff needed the manager’s permission to do so. The manager was on the phone endlessly, and I ended up waiting nearly 10 minutes. Finally, another staff member arrived with the remote, telling me to follow her because she was “doing me a huge favor” by turning it off. Why on earth should a paying member be forced to watch TV they don’t want, especially in an empty massage area? And why does something so simple require such a ridiculous process? This is not how a customer-focused gym should operate.

She needs more training on how to treat customers. She's rude and despotic. They should be more careful when hiring service staff. I've been a Planet Fitness member for over 17 years and I've never had such an uncomfortable experience. I left the gym, called to get the employee's name to file a report, and they rudely hung up on me. I hope the manager does something about this and educates these types of people more, or that they take classes on customer service. Hoy September 12/2025 3:45PM, Wonderlad Planet Fitness. tuve una mala experiencia con una mujer que estaba en registration, muy grosera y con mucha actitud, le falta mas entrenamiento de como tratar el costumers, grosera y despota, debirian de tener mas precaution al contratar el personal de servicio, llevo mas de 17 anos inscripta a planet fitness y no habia vivido una experiencia tan incomoda. me retire del gym, llame para obtener el nombre de la empleada para hacer un reporte, y me colgaron el tel con groseria. espero que el manager haga algo al respecto y eduque mas a este tipo de gente, o que tomen clases de atencion.
