  The office was incredibly easy to deal with the receptionist was professional and nice the professional sauce JU Young Was truly amazing very thorough and attentive and it was impressive to watch him go through the series of tests that he did to find the issue. Highly recommend.

  I was struggling with my asthma on Easter Sunday. I was so fortunate they were open! I was greeted warmly on the phone and they even offered to fax my PCP the discharge notes! I was seen quickly by Brandon, a kind, thorough and pleasant medical assistant. I was then seen by a meticulous NP, Young Ju, who spent more time with me than my pulmonologist! He listened carefully, treating me with kindness and respect, educating me on my asthma, his treatment plan, as well as doing a comprehensive exam. Highly recommend this gem when you can't see your own health practitioner.

  AFC Urgent Care Revere is easily a 5-star experience no doubt about it. We’ve visited a few other urgent care centers in the past, but ever since the Revere location opened (and had sooner availability when I needed an appointment), we haven’t gone anywhere else. From the moment you walk through the door, everything—from the water fountain to the bathrooms and waiting area—is very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff checks you in quickly, and within minutes you’re called back for your appointment or seen as a walk-in. We’ve been seen by Sam multiple times for different reasons, and he is incredible. He always takes the time to clearly explain what he plans to do during the visit, and once there’s a diagnosis, he walks me through everything I can do to improve things as quickly as possible. Whether it’s been eczema, the flu, or an asthma issue, I’ve always left feeling confident and satisfied with the treatment plan. The visit summary is sent right to my phone, and prescriptions are submitted to my pharmacy and often filled before I even arrive—which is so convenient, especially since it’s only about a 15-minute drive. I highly recommend the Revere location to all my family and friends, and to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place where you can be seen quickly and receive excellent care.

  They made a friend of mine think that she tested positive for Syphilis but she knew that she was good because she check herself very often and take care of herself too. But the front desk guy for some reason called me since I am her emergency contact and he told me that she tested positive when he confused the results and she actually showed negative. Which is a negligence from them and from the front desk guy and they made us re take a test but never gave her a refund when we requested.
