Hate to leave a negative review. I have been a patient here for many years but my problems began sometime last year. it's always been very difficult to get in touch with anybody there but at least I was in communication with my doctor. But even that became difficult in the last 7-8 months. When I tried to contact my doctor, s(he) told me s(he) wasn't working there anymore. I've tried to reach the office to be assigned a new doctor but I NEVER get a response back. Feels like I've been abandoned and I don't even know why. Very irresponsible.

This place is so incredibly unreliable... Avoid unless you have absolutely no other option!!! They almost NEVER answer the phone, they never return calls, emails or messages, and they just plainly do not care about you. They don't. They abruptly and with no warning seem to drop and gain new practitioners so you might have someone different talking to you each time, never long enough to actually get to know them or gain any sort of trust with them.
They have asked sensitive questions multiple times and each time don't seem to listen to the answers, like they just need to check off that they asked... I gave one lady answers that should have clearly raised red flags that my mental health was doing very badly and she brushed me off. I don't feel like I can tell this practice anything... All I can ever hope for is that they refill my medication before I run out.
I don't understand why this practice seems to be so unpredictable but for people with mental health struggles, it is not at all a reliable place to go.

Was a patient for a couple years , I was at an all time low . all they did was throw meds at me and never take the time to truly understand what's going on. I never felt like i would ever find a good psychiatrist ....until I left this place ! THERE IS BETTER HELP OUT THERE DONT GIVE UP.

My daughter was a patient here and although Dr. J was very good, the providers that my daughter had were extremely unprofessional and didn't provide the support that she needed in her time of crisis. She had a different person at every visit and when she needed help she was referred to the emergency room because her provider "had to get to her next appointment". She needed to be put back on medication that she needed and this was not even an option at the time, just go to the Emergency room and then call us when you are discharged to set up another appointment. What is the point of having a Psychiatrist if number one you cannot reach them or they are slow in responding to requests, and two you are dismissed when you are in a mental crisis? I find this unacceptable, and poor patient care in a time when mental health is in crisis it seems your clinic is in crisis as well and has very poor skills when it comes to emergency matters. Even before her mental break, she felt like she wasn't being listened to and just prescribe medication that didn't help her, and when she brought this up it was dismissed.
I would never recommend this practice to anyone and would discourage anyone from becoming a patient .

At first it was okay. When I started seeing Dr Jeaniton, the office has newly opened and there were very few patients. I suffered from major depression after the passing of my mother from a heart attack. It was sudden, I didn’t expect it (who does actually?), didn’t have the time to grieve as I moved from my home country to US shortly after her death.
I got admitted to an Ivy League school in Massachusetts and knew the pressure would be greater. After few weeks, months perhaps, Dr Jeaniton obviously got more patients and it became a typical “business”. No longer about care and compassion, but number of patients and appointments. It’s sad how quickly things have changed. I felt neglected, ignored, undermined and let to deal with my own problems.
