  I needed a dermatologist right away and mine at another facility was booked until December. I got an appointment in Quincy the next day. Maybe it was a cancellation, I don’t know. I had never been there but they were very helpful. They said street parking could be a problem because of construction, and recommended using the parking garage. It was easy and a short walk. Difficult for anyone with mobility issues, however. The office was clean, everyone helpful and polite, and I was seen right away. Dr. Kwa was great and took care of my issues efficiently. I am very happy with my experience there.

  Extremely disappointed with the practice. My PCP is an excellent doctor, no complaints for him. I was scheduled for urgent visit, I said I am going to be late as traffic was really bad. They said 15 mins is okay, I was there 18 mins late and they didn’t take me even after I am tufts clinic’s patient for many years. On top of that it was urgent visit, I felt disrespected and disappointed when I needed them the most. I would not want to be part of the clinic who do not care about their patients. They literally said sorry doctor cannot see you even after you are in pain.

  I was a patient here for years. While the staff is mostly personable, I struggled the entire time to get anyone to take my symptoms seriously. Even getting a doctor to look at my labs for obvious issues was impossible. I was sent to the pain clinic where I was treated so badly that I’m still emotionally recovering my trust in doctors years later. I was sent to the ENT and it was the same as my PCP. They wrote everything off as anxiety, even when there was evidence to the contrary. The clowns in the lab gave me nerve damage on two separate occasions. I switched my insurance and provider and they immediately started finding very obvious serious health issues and working on treatments. Hopefully I haven’t lost too much time to this sloppy clinic.
