- LCLeona ChauOct 1, 20251.0Unfortunately, a very negative experience. Particularly with communication with the office, billing, and Dr. Nitika Bansal. Took me months to get an appointment, when it finally came I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. Dr. Bansal was not helpful. She ordered a lab test and never called me to follow up about the results. The office charged me incorrectly and still hasn't called me back about the billing issue or about the labs (it's been over a month already).

She was so rude I decided not become a patient there. Just off the first telephone encounter. She was clearly having a bad day. This is no excuse to be rude to patients. One bad apple just spoiled the bunch. Best,
