  Very rude and unprofessional staff. The manager Dana is terrible. I asked a simple question that led to him being agitated. He hung up on me after I asked for his info. I understand that many people are dealing with mental health issues. However, if it’s gotten to the point where a manager is aggressive and just can’t deal with being front facing, just pivot career. I contacted headquarters and they better got back to me. So I think that’s just the overall attitude of the company. Don’t get your prescriptions here. You are better off doing online pharmacies.

  Literally the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life.. I keep seeing the pharmacy "owner" replying that customer service is so important to them.. that is definitely not true .. I'm not kidding; I've had ONLY horrible customer service at this place for years.. never ever a good experience:

  Although they have a decent selection and easy to navigate the store, it takes longer to check out than it does to complete your shopping. The customer service is absolutely the worst. They hold you hostage attempting to check out. Now that Market Basket is open, I'll be taking my business to them. It's a little out of the way but they have far better customer service as well as selection and price. All registers are open and get you out quickly. Stop & Shop could learn from them.

  There have been times when the temporary/fill-in pharmacy techs seem a little clueless but the pharmacists and full-time techs are incredibly helpful. They recognize my family and often start to pull out our prescriptions before we verify our names and dates of birth. Whenever I've needed a suggestion or had them reach out to a doctor to obtain a refill, they've done so without issue. I use this pharmacy whenever my insurance doesn't require us to use their mail order option.
