They recognize my family and often start to pull out our prescriptions before we verify our names and dates of birth. Whenever I've needed a suggestion or had them reach out to a doctor to obtain a refill, they've done so without issue. I use this pharmacy whenever my insurance doesn't require us to use their mail order option.
