- EZErich ZarnfallerMar 19, 20265.0I have been going to the Baystate Physical Therapy on Willard street in Quincy MA for past several months. I sustained a severe shoulder injury losing most muscles around the rotator cuff. Working with the team at Baystate, especially Nick, I have worked retraining remaining muscles to achieve significant recovery of motion and reduction of pain. Baystate is the best PT group I have been to over the years. They are professionally focused and committed to patients recovery, working within each patients current limitations and pain levels. My orthopedist was genuinely surprised at my recovered range of motion. I give this team my recommendation.
- HMHind MJan 27, 20265.0Everything was perfect, the staff that worked at the front desk were all super nice and helpful and therapist Mabel Ye, she was perfect at everything she did. She was so nice and respectful she put me first with everything. No matter the time you meet with her, the morning or afternoon she had the best energy no matter what. She made me feel very comfortable. She did more than what she had to do. My friend recommended her and sure she was right.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and professional. I would especially like to thank Denis Myrtaj and another front desk team member whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, for their kindness, warmth, and respectful attitude toward patients. I am also very grateful to the physical therapists, especially Mabel Y. PT, DPT, and Stephen M. PTA, whose professionalism and care significantly improved my pain. I always looked forward to my appointments and felt confident I was receiving excellent care. Highly recommended!
