As a former board member of OCHS and client, I was a bit appalled by several experiences I had with the OCHS pharmacy and chose to return my 'scripts of S&S. Yes, they are overworked. Yes, they have an enormous business. Yes, the probably have the most difficult, client base of fluctuating populations including some of the most entitled and arrogant clients around. I think they do a damn good job considering. Perhaps if you approach them with a smile instead of attitude, you'll be surprised at what you get in return.
