Endless fitness equipment for every need, including various massage tables, and all for an unbeatable price of $28 a month for two! Open 24 hours on weekdays, from early to late on weekends. Mixed crowd, from young to old, fit athletes to people who mainly want to improve their mobility. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Because all staff were uninterested in doing their job, I went through the work of switching Plymouth to my home gym in the lobby so I could cancel my membership right then and there. I’m not paying for the privilege to be laughed at when I don’t understand how to use the Black Card Spa. I struggled with multiple steps of the Spa process due to my home gym handling the experience differently. The workers #1 priority appears to be using their phones, not helping customers. My previous Planet Fitness had some of the kindest and most helpful staff you could ask for. The front desk worker here in Plymouth questioned me twice “if she did something” when I’m obviously unhappy and cancelling. Employees need customer service training.
