  I've been a customer at the Stop & Shop pharmacy on Dan Fox many years. We all know our healthcare system is a mess, very expensive and going up. Verizon recently changed our prescription coverage, not for the better to Caremark, normally accepted at Stop & Shop not this one. My prescription was sent to Stop & Shop, I called to see if it was ready, as I was pretty sick and didn't want to have to wait. The pharmacist, asked if my insurance had recently changed, I replied yes, unfortunately they didn't take this particular caremark. He looked for coupons and got the price under $7! I will be making a change in my insurance soon and making sure they accept Stop & Shop, I will not leave this particular pharmacy for CVS or any other pharmacy they have always been good to me!

  Some businesses are defined by the people behind the counter, and Tiffany at the Stop & Shop Pharmacy on Dan Fox Drive in Pittsfield is exactly that kind of person. Let’s be honest — pharmacy runs aren’t exactly a thrill ride — but she makes the experience easy and surprisingly stress-free. She’s friendly, patient, and genuinely seems happy to answer questions (with a smile!). Customer service like hers shouldn’t be rare, but it is — and Tiffany absolutely delivers.

  Wonderful, lovely people. They are almost like family to everyone in my Household. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions.

  Way better than cvs in Lenox that’s for sure. Always have a problem there. Never have a problem at this stop & shop. Ladies (if you want to call them that) at cvs are horrible. This place is professional
