  The visit where I had my blood drawn was perfect. However, my first appointment was on the day of a snowstorm, and when I got there at 9 a.m., the office was closed with no sign, but more importantly, no message delivered to my phone until hours after my appointment. When I rescheduled the following week, I showed up to find the office about to close at 9 a.m., for an unknown reason. Again, I received no notification. I understand things happen, but I would have appreciate timely notification, particularly given that I was fasting for a blood test.

  Excellent and convenient place to have blood drawn. The sign in kiosk was very easy to use.

  It was ok. I cannot believe they only have ONE guy working there?! That's insane! I waited about 20 minutes from when my appointment was. I hate to say this, but the one guy working there had bad body odor. For a moment I thought it was the man in front of me, but it was definitely him. There should be more than one technician as there were alot of folks waiting. BMC has usually 4-5 technician's at the blood draw.

  I woke early and drove all the way here for blood testing and they had a sign saying they closed for the day. Google and their website said they’re open. I have to get my blood test at a certain time of the month, and now because it’s Friday, I will have to wait an entire month due to them closing when they shouldn’t be closed. This was extremely inconvenient and upsetting!
