This was confusing, as Google indicates that memberships can be created in person at any location. It came across as though she simply didn’t want to do her job. It would be helpful if staff offered clearer information and better customer service, especially for new guests trying to sign up.

The bathrooms? Honestly cleaner than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The equipment is always in top shape, and every employee is friendly, helpful, and somehow always in a good mood. And the membership? About 50 cents a day. You can barely feed a parking meter for that. There is no better deal in town. Fantastic gym, fantastic team. Highly recommend!
