He was able to stay in his home, have a great quality of life, and gave our very involved family a sense of confidence that he was well taken care of when we couldn't be there. The caregivers were always lovely, patient and hardworking. Willie Sanders (owner) has been so supportive of our family with heartfelt encouragement every step of the way. His office staff has been wonderful. Most importantly, a person answers the phone every single time, the caregivers show up on time and work hard, and if there is a change in the plan of who is able to come, the office informs and problem solves as quickly as possible. I can’t recommend this franchise enough.

They will continually assure you that they will actually be there. They will take your money, and they will never show up, or let you know they aren't coming.

After a candidate completes the employment application, there is a multi-step interview process plus a drug screening and background check prior to joining the Home Instead team.
Upon hire, a team member will receive on-the-job training starting with orientation to learn all about how to care for an aging adult and their family.
