But then I get a lecture in the same message about unconfirmed appointments won't be guarenteed and the next paragraph said if I don't show it 40 dollars. Not to mention the 2 or 3 calls I got. To confirm. I did show up for my appointment on time and who could have guessed someone was already seeing the doctor and I had to wait. Been going there for a couple years and buying good quality glasses. A simple text to confirm hit c would have been sufficient all the other stuff is additude that I don't appreciate.
