My husband and I both got 2 frames and she made such a mess with our insurance charges and couldn't give a clear break down on how much the insurance was covering and what we had to pay out of pocket. In the end, she couldn't even refund our money. Instead, she pretended to give us a "discount" on the "protection plan." She's a thief. Also, look out for David. My husband went in to try to get his glasses adjusted and they ended up worse. David does not know what he's doing. In spite of this, Hasia was the best. She provided excellent customer service. I would give her 5 stars. She was very patient and helped us chose the best frames.
