This store has a great selection of Frames, and the staff is great. Where else do you get great service and my glasses were ready in 3 days!

Excellent customer service! Visited the store to purchase new eyeglasses. Staff were extremely helpful and respectful; very kind as well. Hard to find this type of service these days and the staff do a phenomenal job. Highly recommend

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. I was there for an eye exam and then to purchase new glasses. I was guided into the eye doctor. Megan brought me in for the beginning of the exam. Megan was wonderful, kind and just such a great personality she made me feel very welcome. My eye exam was done by Dr Weng. Dr. Weng was great. She was kind, thorough and answered my numerous questions. Then my favorite part, picking my new glasses. When I exited the doctor's office I was greeted by Sheri. Sheri was so pleasant to work with. She's kind accommodating and goes out of her way to give you the best experience possible. I explained to her what I was looking for and she helped me find the exact pair of glasses that I had in mind. She worked with me on how to save the most money and my glasses were ordered. There's one other person that I've met before when I've come into the store. He has a beard and glasses and he is so kind and I had to mention him as well. The overall experience anytime I've walked into this LensCrafters location far exceeds my expectations every time.

Using my old glasses to write this review, because this LensCrafters cannot get the prescription right. I already went back three times - giving up now, there is no point going back when they are obviously not qualified to do the job.

I purchased frames from LensCrafters a few years ago. I really liked them and they lasted a very long time. But unfortunately the nose piece on one side of the glasses broke off. When I brought them into the shop and asked if it could be repaired they said unfortunately no. They said they would look into seeing if they could order a replacement pair but they were old and might not be available. The technician went right to the wall and immediately found a pair sitting in the store. He popped out my lenses and put them in the new frames and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Extremely satisfied with the service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
