  Good atmosphere makes the children feel more comfortable. Great staff, they're good at working with the kids and explaining things to the parents. Also Tv's with Netflix on the ceiling above every chair, to keep the kids distracted and entertained.

  Every time we come, we are 30min early. Yet, people coming in late for their appointment get taken before us and the front staff are rude when you question it.

  The staff at this dental office is incredibly kind and patient—God bless their hearts. From the front desk to the anesthesiologist assistant everyone was a sweetheart. Unfortunately, my experience with the anesthesiologist was very disappointing to say the least. They were unreasonable, stubborn, and unreliable. On our first visit, I arrived at 5:30am for my child's dental surgery only to find out they were late and had slept through their alarm, forcing the dental staff to repeatedly call them. Ended up cancelling my appointment. On the second visit, they called asking me to come in early which I had to rush over to try and make it as soon as possible. Upon arrival I was told someone else arrived before me so now I rushed for no reason and have to wait. Then I was told I HAD TO stay outside the room while my child received the gas mask or find another dentist altogether! After wasting my time twice and dealing with so much inconvenience, I was extremely upset that there was no effort to accommodate me as a concerned & very understanding parent. Still grateful for the staff trying. With all this said I will definitely be finding a new dental office for my children.

  Unprofessional. They made a mistake and instead of being patient so that we can fix the problem. They ended up cancelling my little brother appointment. AGAIN FOR A MISTAKE THEY!!! MADE. I had call over the phone a gave one of the receptionist my little brothers insurance due to it being his first time there and because they needed his insurance. The day of the appointment, his information isn’t in the system because someone on their end failed to put it in and I double checked to make sure they had all the information and that everything was in. Not only did they fail on that but as we’re trying to fix the problem and get his insurance information again for them, they ended up cancelling and rescheduling his appointment couple months later that’s not right and totally unacceptable and not even an apology for the MISTAKE THEY MADE. Wont be going back and would never recommend to anyone.
