  I recently had the opportunity to meet with Joseph Bazzinotti, the owner of Home Instead in Osterville, MA, as part of a college business assignment. Joseph was extremely personable, professional, and approachable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided clear, direct explanations about the business and how Home Instead operates. I really appreciated his understanding and willingness to share his insight, which made the experience both informative and enjoyable. Even though my interaction was limited to speaking with Joseph, it gave me a great impression of the extraordinary leadership and dedication behind the company.

  Schedulers are very conscientious about both providing the clients with care as planned, and responding to scheduling needs of the aides. That has been my experience, working for HI for two years. Case managers and Nurse Monica seem very on top of their games, as well.

  I’ve been working here for over a year and a half, and I truly love it. The staff is incredibly supportive, and there is always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone whenever you need help, supplies, or more information about a client. They are understanding, caring, and always willing to assist. Safety is a top priority. When starting with a new client, someone from the team will meet you at the client’s home, introduce you, and walk you through everything to make sure you feel comfortable and prepared. Each client has a detailed care plan, which is extremely helpful. It outlines their routine, preferences, dislikes, and medications, making it easier to provide the best possible care. It’s a wonderful place to work, and I’m grateful to be part of such a compassionate and professional team.

  I’ve been with Home Instead for 2 years and I’ve had a great experience. The team is supportive and understanding and I always feel appreciated. It means a lot to work for a company that truly cares about their seniors and their caregivers.

  There are so many great things you could say about Home Instead. They’re incredibly welcoming, helpful, and supportive. I’ve been working them for a year now, and their unwavering dedication to get hours for me has been wonderful. They make working with clients simple and easy. The care plans they provide are thorough and extremely helpful. They do everything they can to support their employees and clients. I can’t recommend Home Instead enough!
