- GGG. G.Feb 13, 20265.0Schedulers are very conscientious about both providing the clients with care as planned, and responding to scheduling needs of the aides. That has been my experience, working for HI for two years. Case managers and Nurse Monica seem very on top of their games, as well.

The staff is incredibly supportive, and there is always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone whenever you need help, supplies, or more information about a client. They are understanding, caring, and always willing to assist. Safety is a top priority. When starting with a new client, someone from the team will meet you at the client’s home, introduce you, and walk you through everything to make sure you feel comfortable and prepared. Each client has a detailed care plan, which is extremely helpful. It outlines their routine, preferences, dislikes, and medications, making it easier to provide the best possible care. It’s a wonderful place to work, and I’m grateful to be part of such a compassionate and professional team.
