He goes above and beyond for people, even if that means his lunch break is cut short or he has to stay a few minutes after closing time to ensure you have what prescriptions you need. Adam genuinely cares about people and their physical and mental wellbeing. The other pharmacist Dana is really great also and so is Cassandra, both will give you their all and do so with a smile.
