  Booked an appointment at 8:30am, its now 9 and there are at-least 5 people ahead of me. Bad system. Luckily I don’t have somewhere I need to be.

  Have been waiting for an hour. I have no clue why it takes so long to draw a rube of blood. I noticed A TON of chit chat in the back room. MAYBE less TALK more blood drawing! Also if a PERSON A REAL HUMAN is available at the front desk like the good old days, that might help! These Kiosks are joke. Staff hide behind the scenes dont want to deal with anyone. Don't tell its because of Covid thats alot of B.S.

  Needed a Covid test to see my doctor. They couldn't find the request, then didn't know what kind of test to do, nobody seemed to know how to actually use a computer, and now over 48 hours later still no test results. The website never works right, nor does the app. When you try to call, you get a message that the voice mailbox isn't set up. One nurse was great, but the other was rude and unprofessional.
