I am trying to make an appointment for a child and have a SIMPLE question about whether I can access a butterfly draw for the appointment and I can't get anyone on the phone or via internet. The customer service is terrible. I am going to drive all the way up there, miss work, miss school to hope they have a butterfly draw. Ridiculous.
